Training system
Location of Miss and Hit (LOMAH)
The LOMAH (Location Of Miss And Hit) scoring system is intended to be used at any firing range for scoring of supersonic projectiles.
The Target Area Equipment (TAE) consists of a Beam Sensor Unit BSU, a Target Processor Unit TPU, an antenna and a 12 VDC battery. The target area equipment is placed in front and below the target, and behind a protection wall. The pressure sensors of the BSU detects the shock wave from a passing supersonic projectile. The scoring data is transmitted via radio to the Range Office Equipment (ROE) in real- time.
The LOMAH system is extremely versatile and can be used for ground soldiers to large-scale air target systems, like armed vehicles, helicopters, and fighters.
